​이미 차가 지났기 때문에 사진으로 남기지 못한 게 아쉬울 정도였는데, 문득 이런 아이템은 어떻고 저런 건 또, 이건 해도 되고 저건 아니고, 하는 온갖 트렌드 이아기가 우습게 느껴졌다. 유행하면 입고, 아니면 팔거나 옷장 깊숙이 넣어두고, 이상하잖아. 남의 판단인데. 가령 영포티라는 말의 함의를 충분히 이해하지만, 사실 사람은 마음이 가는 대로 하면 되는 것이다. 그게 스스로 괜찮고 또 만족하는 방법이라면.

As the bare brown trees slowly turn green, and the sky that had been scattering rain over the city clears again, and beyond the Han River great clusters of clouds drift in long formations with the wind, I sometimes wonder whether all those provocative clicks and sensational embellishments are truly necessary in the world. Then I let the thought slip quietly to the back of my mind.
